This 1998 romantic comedy mostly bores with its cumbersome exposition and close-ups of trivial objects scattered throughout lackluster montage sequences. Go to Full Review

Although The Parent Trap is very much a children's film, the sweetness of the story about trying to bring a broken family together holds strong and is still an excellent watch. Go to Full Review

Jason B @RT90795834 13h You should totally watch parent trap. It is a really good movie about these two twins that don’t know their twin twins got their parents got divorced. They mean that him and discovered that they are twins. It’s a really funny ridiculous movie. I think it’s so good because of the humor and my favorite part was when they played tricks on each other when they didn’t know they were twins that’s why I really like pants app. It is a little emotional but I think it’s still really good. You should totally totally totally watch parent trap. It’s so good and I love the actress please watch parent trap. I think you’d love it and it is in my opinion is really good. Great great great you should just really watch it and I’m sorry if I’m going too good about it it might too sensitive for some people, but I think it was a bit different for me and I am pretty sensitive, but it is perfect. It’s a perfect movie. It’s nothing scary you’re upsetting. It’s a little emotional I think you should really watch See more Wayne K @RT88290232 6d A film I hadn’t previously seen but had heard plenty about, and even seen the odd meme of, The Parent Trap might be a bit long and repetitive, but what makes it work is its earnesty, sweet nature and the twin performance from Lindsay Lohan. Its great that someone so young could play such different personalities, and the little flubs she makes along the way make the scenario easier to buy. You could read deeply into the troublesome implications of forcing a former married couple back together, without even considering that maybe they split up for very good reasons and a sappy reunion doesn’t necessarily mean things will work out in the long run. It’s the kind of retroactive analysis that makes it hard to fully enjoy a story that, at it’s heart, wants to be a breezy, treacly comedy. Thankfully, its well made, written and acted enough to keep you invested, and if you can push any nagging questions to the back of your mind, it’s a film that’s hard not to enjoy.
