As far as titles go, Balls Up is about right. This is a disaster. Go to Full Review

There are slapstick foibles, sight gags about rubbers, and many, many vulgar jokes — some good for a laugh, though I doubt the film's Oscar prospects. Go to Full Review

Scripted by the writers of Deadpool, this has a fatally misshapen, ultimately unengaging plot that pinballs the pair from the boardroom to unemployment to the World Cup final and to jail, with the film's second half taking place in the rainforest. Go to Full Review

Hans F @RT57665631 5h Comedy has always been a matter of timing. Even when it's circulated on social media. The teaser with Sacha Baron Cohen suggests that this movie would have good timing, but the truth is quite different. It seems forced, contrived, and almost embarrassing. See more Justin D @RadOldDad 7h So after watching the trailer and seeing the reviews I fully had NO faith going in that it would be even ok let alone good. I was wrong honestly. I don't like heavy cringe comedy, which is what I expected this to be. Instead it was only a little cringey at times (the opening scene was the cringiest... and the fish scene!), and Instead it was full of funny enough moments and many very funny moments. Wahlberg and Hauser were really great together and I thought worked each of their unique styles and charms into the movie. They played kind of 'good buddy cop movie' roles, with Wally picking up where Other Guys left off kind of style and Hauser the straight forward Will Ferrel type. The setting was nicely non American. Benjamin Bratt played a great little part and Sasha B.C. was funny as always! It definitely had some, a little, heart, and ended pretty perfectly imo. Was it amazing or something I will watch often? Nope. Was it definitely worth watching at least once? Yup. See more Jacob C @RT30596409 8h Balls Up will actively drain the life out of you as you watch. Somehow every joke feels extremely forced while still failing to even make you think about laughing. See more Elizabith T. @RT33836724 14h This movie is a disgrace disgusting unfunny nonsense waste of time movie to watch. Disappointing in mark wahlberg he done went down to his lowest ever will not ever be able to see him the same again not interested in viewing another movie he plays in. Sad,do sad.!!! See more Dewald G @RT67502639 17h I’ve always respected Mark Wahlberg for being open about his faith, which made this film especially disappointing for me as a Christian viewer. The movie relies heavily on crude humor and vulgarity, rather than meaningful storytelling. I believe entertainment can be both engaging and respectful, without compromising on values like integrity and purity. While others may enjoy this style of comedy, it doesn’t align with what I look for or support. I hope to see more projects in the future that reflect stronger See more bev L @gotchabebe 23h OMG! I love Mark Walberg movies, but this was so painfully bad! Sacha Baron Cohen Made the movie unbearable to watch! He was gross and not funny in any way shape or form! Sorry Mark was in such a disgusting unfunny movie! We maybe got a couple laughs from Mark and Molly Shannon- and that was it! See more Read all reviews
