Blades of Glory gets a solid 3.5 stars from me. This was such a nostalgic rewatch, and it still totally holds up. The cast is stacked and everyone commits hard to the ridiculous premise, which makes it even funnier. Honestly, almost every scene has at least one moment that made me laugh out loud, which says a lot for a comedy this old. The absurdity, the rivalries, the over-the-top skating routines—it all just works. It’s not the smartest comedy ever, but it knows exactly what it is and leans into it perfectly. Super fun, easy watch, and still genuinely hilarious today.
