01/23/2014 Utilizando, como em tantas outras obras, a óptica infantil para ilustrar momentos históricos, "A Culpa é do Fidel!" destaca-se por sua valorosa e adorável protagonista que confere, no caso, maior vigor aos já dramáticos choques políticos e culturais dos anos 60/70 que desestabilizaram por completo as antigas estruturas da sociedade. É interessante constatar, inclusive, o modo como a jovem torna-se mais independente, crítica e consciente à medida em que interage com esse mundo tão instável - e tal maturidade é retratada de modo bastante sutil, gracioso e espontâneo. Kervel is truly stunning in her performance as the ever-curious Anna, and by her fearsome gaze, I can see a bright, bright future for her. See more 04/28/2013 This movie is about a child seen the changes through out their view of life, when it comes to the confusing life of political issues. I can truly relate to Anna in a sort of way on how sometimes the changes can be hard specially when you're used to having different expectations. Having your parents taking changes, specially political changes and how sometimes parents can be dysfunctional plus with their fighting. Truly love that it was French, there's something about the language that is magical. Either way it brought some memories of my childhood just watching this movie.
