Victoria M Aug 19 I loved this movie and have watched it twice. It's that wonderful off-beat British humor and totally unexpected subject matter for a feature film: coffee and cows. Full disclosure, I am vegan and I'm sure that's one reason I laughed so much and felt so good after watching, but I think anybody who likes a good latte and prefers it with oat milk would get a kick out of Coffee Wars. See more Chester 05/14/2023 This movie looks like it might be funny, but I gave up watching around the 15 minute mark- the British accents were just way too strong for me to understand what they were saying about 50% of the time. Unfortunately, subtitles were not available. I wonder...was the narration by the Morgan Freeman soundalike added to the soundtrack to help, as an afterthought? See more BJ C 04/14/2023 This is a movie directed by Randall Miller, the cheap-ass director/producer that got some of his crew killed while shooting on an active railway bridge without permission, permits, or knowledge of when trains would come. [Midnight Rider - 2014] He was convicted of manslaughter in 2015 and Miller's probation stipulated that he would be "prohibited from serving as director, first assistant director or supervisor" with responsibility for safety on any film production until his 10 year sentence was completed. He snuck off to Europe to illegally produce and direct this steaming pile of SH*@ in direct contravention of his probation order. If you hate films crews and don't care if they are murdered by reckless producers, then this is the movie for you. If you choose to support Millar's work, you share the blood on his hands!
