Ever since his father died, young Kale (Shia LaBeouf) has become increasingly sullen and withdrawn, until he finds himself under house arrest. With cabin fever setting in, he turns his attention to spying on his neighbors, becoming increasingly suspicious that one of them is a serial killer. However, he wonders if he is right, or if his overactive imagination is getting the better of him.

How does this get so high a rating?? Its the worst crap i have seen in a long time! Slik - polished and without 1% nerve or punch. Cheasy teen junk thats more about the Girl next door. Horrible !!!

It's not great, but it's also not bad. Morse and Moss lend some credibility. LaBeouf doesn't go way overboard like he's prone to do, credit to the director. Has a Spielberg reality to it, meaning unrelasttic, but that is the escapist element we seek as filmgoers.

Honestly thought this was gonna be garbage, but boy was I wrong. This had me sitting on the edge of my seat quite a few times. Probably one of Shia’s bests. Great story that ramped up. Well acted. Great pacing.

Disturbia is a suspenseful thriller. A troubled teen under house arrest, watches neighbors from his room with his camera and Binoculars! This leads to one of his neighbors drawing his attention by performing nefarious activities. Good acting in film. However, I Also liked this movie when it was done in 1954 in way of “Rear Window!”
