Walker (Tom Hardy) is a bruised detective fighting his way through the criminal underworld threatening to engulf his entire city. In the aftermath of a drug deal gone wrong, Walker finds himself with a number of factions on his tail; a vengeful crime syndicate, a crooked politician, as well as his fellow cops. When attempting to rescue the politician's estranged son, whose involvement in the drug deal starts to unravel a deep web of corruption and conspiracy, he is forced to confront the demons of his past.

An anemic crime saga punctuated with bravura action sequences, Havoc may feel like a retread of director Gareth Evans' past glories but, for audiences addicted to his balletic style, the formula still rips.

Gareth Evan’s just really wants to punch things, shoot at others, and blow things up. It is as if Evan’s is pitching himself to Rockstar should they ever want a Grand Theft Auto movie.

A relentless opera of carnage that’s simultaneously cathartic in its adrenaline-fueled bloody violence that grows cartoonishly over-the-top, and artful in its poetry of slow-motion and precise, balletic movements that are plucked straight out of John Woo.

Just not enough violence in this film ha ha Honestly couldn't count the number of bloody deaths. It was also quite bleak and without any humour. The storyline was ok, film probably saved by Tom Hardy

Why release a movie when the CGI is this bad? I’d love to go back to before it was even a thing.. If you can get past the distracting CGI and the 50 odd minute crawl of a start you might enjoy part of what remains. I wouldn’t bother.. So disappointed considering the actors!

This movie just proves that the cast isn't everything. It really helps to have good writing and a director that's worth a penny. The actors can only do so much.

Havoc (2025) It was a real surprise for me, I was already imagining another bad action movie, but it's quite frantic and incredible. Anyone who's a fan of action, shooting, fighting, and explosions will have a lot of fun with this.
