This David-Goliath fight, between an ‘aam aadmi’ and a ‘filthy rich capitalist’, has a couple of characters who turn up only for unfunny laughs, a neta (Manu Rishi) who only wants to count his crores, and a lead pair let down by the general proceedings. The movie attempts to tackle financial frauds through the character of a honest ticket collector played wonderfully by R Madhavan. R Madhavan delivers a fine job blending both determination and vulnerability. He along with Niel Nitin Mukesh makes sure that the movie doesn't completely falls of rails. Niel Nitin Mukesh plays an over the top businessman bordering on being caricature still it's clear that the actor had a huge blast. He perfectly balances the menacing nature with some comedy.
