From building the world’s only life-sized Millennium Falcon, lightsaber martial arts academies, and massive Star Wars collection rooms, to cosplayers and fan-film makers, “Jedi Junkies” explores the many ways Star Wars inspires passionate fans. I loved getting a glimpse into the workshops or collection rooms of some of the featured Star Wars fans in this documentary and hearing fans’s personal stories about their connection to Star Wars. As a passionate Star Wars fan myself, I love watching any documentary I can find about Star Wars, and “Jedi Junkies” is a fun, heartfelt film that focuses more on the fans rather than on the movies themselves. If you’re a Star Wars fan, I recommend giving “Jedi Junkies” a watch, it’s available for FREE on Tubi! From Fan Films, to light saber fight groups, to collectors, & all the way to Leia Slave models, it's both nice to see fellow geeks, and a be little leery of some of them. Most documentaries have a smooth flow...this was choppy and disjointed at best.
