Great direction makes this a much easier watch than most of the franchise. The narrative is smooth, the acting is solid, and the twist ending is a blast. It's certainly better than numbers 9 and 10, the latter of which got such a high RT rating but looked like a cheap B film, even B minus. In the mood for a Saw flick, other than the original? Watch this one.

They brought saw into the modern age. And this film does not disappoint, as we once again see John Kramer. As in the previous installments, there are new characters and an exciting police story. I would never have guessed who the killer is. It is unpredictable, even if the explanation given is not the best, but still okay.
