Certainly the filmmakers rounded up the right cast of tough-guy actors for this story of mob activity, but their presence doesn't lend much vigor to this unfocused and sentimental tale.

Maybe it’s because I’m from Northeastern Ohio that I have a sentimental liking of Kill the Irishman… But I don’t think so. It’s a story worth telling with a cast worth watching. Weaving in actual news footage added a lot of credibility and authenticity to the story. The cast made it real bringing back memories of the real Danny Greene.

Brilliant! Absolute perfect cast for the job, and all of them excels in character. Jonathan Hensleigh did good in bringing this to screen. Great story, based on true events no less, well written and executed. Very good cinematography that creates the perfect ambiance of the era it represents. Lots of action, wheeling and dealing, intrigue, drama, twists and suspense. Very entertaining, highly recommended
