All over the place with no clear narrative at what it was showing. Marc and Sofias relationship? Marcs creative process? This particular show? Who knows aside from the gorgeous clothes, didnt walk away learning anything I didnt already assume or perceive about Marc. He deserves a proper documentary.

Who the hell was asking for this documentary. Marc Jacobs, really. This is masturbation for rich white women. 95% of people couldn’t care less about a a person that makes expensive clothes. I hate HBO for showing this on a Saturday night. For what I pay. This documentary, without even watching ,sucks because look what is going on is this world. Such a vapid piece off ego for both director and overpriced clothes guy.

I absolutely love Marc Jacobs and find it frustrating how you couldn’t tell a concise story about such a polarizing person. The film jumps through timelines and collections with zero connection to any storyline. This needed heart, soul, and more purpose.
