Frenetic and frequently hilarious, Pizza Movie overloads itself with psychedelic toppings while remaining a tasty slice of gonzo comedy.

My goodness does it flail when brought to life on the screen in a collection of pointless and random hallucinatory digressions that mean nothing and go nowhere as they desperately strive for laughs. Go to Full Review

Even when the laughs evaporate in the final stretch, Gaten Matarazzo and Sean Giambrone know how to breathe comic life into a stoner buddy comedy that’s high on its own shitfaced supply. Go to Full Review

It’s fast, witty, and packed with clever punchlines, though it still finds time for several scatological gags. Go to Full Review

Both bonkers and unexpectedly wise about college-age mistakes. Go to Full Review

Pizza Movie is an outburst in the streaming catalog, an explosion of demented but harmless ideas, a brilliant bit of nonsense to reconcile us with laughter without the toll of intellectual rigor. [Full review in Spanish] Go to Full Review

mohammad rezaa N @RT85889734 1d Synopsis (Spoiler-Free): This is about two awkward and nerdy college kids in a dorm who accidentally try a new drug and discover its strange side effects. The only way to survive is to eat pizza. In the middle of the story, a girl (the "Hunger Games" actress) joins them. It has common college clichés, bullies, and so on. It's a funny movie; it won't make you laugh out loud, but it will keep you engaged until the end. It has two funny ideas: one is a pizza delivery robot with a persistent, relentless, and conscientious personality who insists on getting ratings and stars, and the other is when these three people transform into one person in their minds and enter a fight. Like most American, European, and Iranian (!) movies and series, it contains advertising and normalization of drugs. As if The film industry is becoming the media arm of the drug trade. See more Ed T. @RT26871909 6d This movie was great! I liked the originality of the comedy, and the small details in the background that lazier creatives would skip over. This is great and I hope to see more amazing stuff from the people who made it! See more Horror fan 4 @Horrorfan4life May 18 A hilarious low budget stoner movie with funny scenes of hulucination. The characters were great especially Daniel Radcliff voicing the butterfly. Every year there's always a hidden gem of a film just waiting to be recognized as a cult Classic. Well this is that movie. This is gonna be in my top 10 stoner movies for sure. Tim Treakle See more Tracy K @RT68516648 May 18 Cheesy fun in all the right ways. Un-PC humor.
