They had great material, great actors, potential for story, possibility to develop plot, and everything. But they shit! They could have created a great story among the main actors. They didn't have to kill the guy. They could have explained why the two stopped being best friends. Because the film did not explain, and if it showed what it was, it was worse than shit. Something dramatic could have happened. It is not the effects they put on the scenes that make something dramatic, but the story itself. What was missing a LOT. The dance could have twists, loves being discovered, couples formed, etc ... Did not explain the case of the nick with the boy who picked him up at home in the beginning ... very weak. To earn a zero score you need to improve a lot.
