tim s @TimBSanders 03/15/2021 Redline is a film about a group of survivors forced to work together to work out who bombed a subway train and how to survive the still ongoing attack. The threat comes not from the obvious candidates who are firstly singled out by ethnicity and then job but from a random survivor who then inflicts further terror on the surviving passengers. The film is well acted and executed under a limited budget and the tension builds well towards the climax of the film. The ending is a little predictable but overall a good well crafted adventure thriller. See more 09/28/2020 Great nail biter. Movie successfully takes the viewer underground and riding a train into a disaster where we all wonder how we would handle the same circumstances pitting life versus death. The script is unpredictable with alot of twists and turns that move the plot along . There is a cast of interesting characters with strong acting and realistic dialog. I highly recommend watching this film. See more 11/27/2013 One line summary: Survivors of a terrorist attack on a train cooperate to outwit the bomber. ------------------------------ Passengers on a train in Los Angeles get derailed by a bomb. While tending to the wounded, they find a second bomb. They try to figure out how to stop it. They also guess that the bomber is still among them. The bomber does fairly well at covering his tracks. They accuse a young man who looks middle eastern, but who grew up in the USA. He's not the bomber, of course. With some courageous action, they keep themselves from getting blown up. Do they make it through to rescue? ----Scores------ Cinematography: 8/10 OK, though rather dark. Sound: 8/10 No particular problems, but some better incidental music might have helped the dramatic tension. Acting: 7/10 John Billingsley was great as the villain. Many of the other actors gave just middling performances. Screenplay: 8/10 Has a beginning, middle, and an end, plus reasonable dialog. See more 09/14/2013 Bad. Just plain bad. See more 08/23/2013 A low budget movie, filmed only in a Train car, A Los Angeles subway train is brought to a slamming stop, the tunnel partially collapsed, and several people injured. The survivors must figure out what caused it, and must deal with the greater danger that soon faces them. An OK movie, but nothing spectacular.
