Tight, well-made bunch o’fun...Features some convincing gore, good VFX and a nicely etched turn by the immortal Michael Biehn who also served as producer. Directed with punch and a deep love of mischievous tension building by Ryan Coonan. Sequel please.

The premise is laughable. A killer kangaroo? Really? Surprise, Surprise...it isn't terrible. A little cheesy but fun if you watch it with minimal expectations.

Good fun, and the name gives it an extra star. I'll never forget Rippy, just a great name. "It's a giant roo!" Hysterical, and also quite nasty. Tess Haubrich, who looks like Jennifer Carpenter's sister, is really good. They're all really good. Leave it to the Aussies to make a movie that could've been mediocre into something that rocks.

Definitely not a good movie. Personally I hate the characters, and the overall story. But it is one of those movies that is funny bad. So it wasn't too bad of a watch.
