Not as good as the original. But a fine sequel. It continues the story literally after the fight ends in the first film. We see more of Rocky as he was and how he's changing with his new fame. Not wanting to go back in the ring due to his eye condition, he struggles to find work outside of boxing. With his new wife, Adrian and a baby on the way Rocky struggles to make ends meet. But he's a fighter and that's all he really knows. If you're a rock fan, this pushes all the buttons. It sticks to the formula and it does a good job.

A very decent follow-up to the boxing classic. This chapter dives a little deeper into Rocky's behavior and desire to live it up, contrasted with Adrian's more conservative nature. Equally inspiring, but certainly in a different vein. The last full movie I ever watched with my dad. AEB says: It was not as bad as Kim says it was.

Even better than the original. A plot that is a bit more complex, keeps the viewer glued to the screen the entire runtime, and an outstanding ending.
