It was one of those straight-to-DVD movies that were campy and corny knockoffs of well-known films, especially this one for Cujo. That’s exactly what you can expect with Rottweiler. It’s very self-explanatory. Although I like the concept of a killer cybernetic Rottweiler. Grading: D- See more justin t @RT08580778 02/15/2022 There was no horror, no comedy, and no extreme violence. All there was in the movie was a psychotic dog that chased a deranged man. The story makes very little sense as it is not told in the correct order. The ending proved to be the only entertaining moment as the robot dog does its terminator impression. What should have been a violent tongue-in-cheek monster creature movie was just a boring and lacklustre yawn. See more 03/25/2015 Rottweiler is a premium example of false advertising. The titular robo-pup makes barely so much as a cameo, instead we see an attempt at a political commentary masquerading itself as a sci-fi creature feature.
