Undeniably uplifting, even if the string-laden score strains too hard to tweak the tear ducts, this US-made documentary tracks a running group of recovering addicts and paroled convicts who train for marathons together.

Do you care? About humans helping humans? Centered on the story of 1 judge and the homeless problem in Los Angeles, the filmmakers share with us the power of altruism and the drive of the endurance spirit… and how a simple selfless act can fix a problem that plagues cities across America. You don't have to be a runner to love this film.. just ask, do you care?

I'm a tough cookie but this movie was inspirational. Nicely understated, not too long, just told the story of a running judge and the people who helps. This movie should have made a bigger splash.
