Baena and Brie keep the tone ambiguous, which is fine in theory and eventually unsatisfying in practice, as “Spin Me Round” keeps hinting at various moods (romance, comedy, suspense) without ever settling on one.

One of the best films Ive seen all year, the comedy was smart and actually funny the strengths of the cast were used to its advantage, and the plot was not predictable. Alison Brie and Jeff Baena are a great team of actor/director and co-writers. Seeing this in theaters with a full house instead of on a streaming site only enhanced its viewing. Highly recommend and would see again!

I didn't get it. I like everyone in the movie as actors but it's an underwhelming movie. I did however have half a beefy 5 layer while watching this movie and I thought it was pretty dang good. Taco Bell always comes on clutch but im spending way too much money on fast food rn

What a hot mess. Only one funny scene. And one hot makeout scene. Just felt creeped out, confused, and uneasy most of the movie. Such a waste of a good cast who performed well in spite of this garbage film. WHY WAS THIS MOVIE EVER MADE???

I was pretty much all the way through the movie and still couldn't quite figure out what kind of movie this was supposed rio be. If you like White Lotus, you might like this.
