"Stay" is a simple film based on an even simpler love story, but Darryl Wharton seems to have done everything correctly, thus resulting in a delightful and quite easy to watch and enjoy film. Go to Full Review

Tim E @RT89804803 1d Enjoyed the chemistry that seemed to be there between the to protagonists played by Shogen and Ana Tanaka, that made the story more real. Mother scene was great. Casting worked well and the cinematography really captured Tokyo. For me shades of Wim Wenders Perfect Days, Wong Kar Wei and 80s Japanese cinema - Itami Juzo etc. Obvious parallel to the Before trilogy and Before Sunrise. Sometimes a little slow but the storyline, dialog and the connection between the two leads held my interest. Well worth a watching. See more Read all reviews
