It does a great job of showcasing the rebellious and powerful scene of motley in history. It shows the real rockstar lifestyle and what really goes on that people don’t usually see. The actors are top tier, delivering a performance on how the band members really were. A great film for rock lovers who enjoy a thrilling story, but an even greater film for the hardcore fans of Mötley Crüe. It captures Motley Crue's spirit perfectly. MGK was great as Tommy and he was my second favorite character in the movie. Douglas Booth as Nikki Sixx had me going gaga because he was so HOT!!!! His story broke my heart the most because of the scene where his mom called and he was shown as a person who just needed love in his life. He thought he was bad but he wasn't; he has a kind, loving and gentle fragile heart. Also, shoutout to Iwan and Daniel who played Mick and Vince. And the scenes with Skylar also broke my heart. I think any Mötley fan should give this a chance and absolutely should read the book. This shows you the story in a way interviews and concerts won’t. There is a lot of sexual content and a lot of drug use, but any Mötley fan knows there’s not 80s Mötley Crüe without sexual and drugs.
