The single-location setup could have felt repetitive, but the suspense and mystery around the corporation made every scene interesting. The Employer really captures the desperation people feel chasing success, and Malcolm McDowell absolutely steals the show with his creepy performance. The concept is simple yet effective: how far would people go for their dream job? The cast worked well together, and the tension between the characters kept building in a satisfying way.
