When former U.N. investigator Gerry Lane (Brad Pitt) and his family get stuck in urban gridlock, he senses that it's no ordinary traffic jam. His suspicions are confirmed when, suddenly, the city erupts into chaos. A lethal virus, spread through a single bite, is turning healthy people into something vicious, unthinking and feral. As the pandemic threatens to consume humanity, Gerry leads a worldwide search to find the source of the infection and, with luck, a way to halt its spread.

It's uneven and diverges from the source book, but World War Z still brings smart, fast-moving thrills and a solid performance from Brad Pitt to the zombie genre.

While the 3D effect helped increase the intensity of the film, I can only hope a sequel will fill in some of the story that is dangling in some areas.

World War Z employs swift cinematography as well as big visual effects to create a sense of tension and chaos on screen. The color scheme used by the film, swift camera movements, and numerous crowds create an aura of fear among the audiences regarding world crisis and survival. World War Z presents its audience with a thrilling picture through its exciting scenes. For me, it's one of my favorite movies of all time.

World war z is what you expect from a zombie film, a lot of actions and intense moments to the degree that you can't sit proparly..However what I did't like is the plot armor that main caractere have ( Brad Pitt)...If you watch the movie I don't think you can push your luck that far...having that many near death situations and pull it off especially from zombies that run. but other than that the movie worth watching.
