I know having ADHD and autism are no where near the same as having ALS. Hilary Swank did a fantastic job at showing how ALS effects a person, gradually removing every aspect we take advantage of constantly. This is a beautiful movie, well done by everyone involved. Try to not be distracted while watching because the story has many intricacies you may miss if you aren't focused. Thank you to all for sharing this work of art! The only real gripe I have with the movie is that it could have been a half hour to an hour longer and I'd have enjoyed it more. The scenes were cut up, with so many scenes only having maybe 10 seconds, then moving on. Those scenes could have easily been two or three times as long, 30 seconds or longer, and had just as much affect, if not more.
