Dr. Clayton Forrester (Trace Beaulieu) figures he can rule the world if he deadens his subjects' brains by making them endure terrible movies. Exploiting his access to nearby satellite-dwellers Mike Nelson (Michael J. Nelson) and his robot pals, Crow T. Robot and Tom Servo (Kevin Murphy), Forrester makes them watch a cheesy 1950s spaceship film. But when Mike and friends make funny comments throughout the movie and others that follow it, Forrester's plan looks increasingly flimsy.

I’m not an alien! But there’s something special about Mystery Science Theater 3000: The Movie. No, this isn’t the best episode of MST3K, but it’s an ambitious experiment with solid jokes, and it looks a little more polished than its TV counterpart. There are so many quotable lines in this film. This Island Earth deserved is ripe for riffing. Although it’s surprising that this feature-length movie is shorter than most episodes of the show. And I’ll always be grateful to this film for introducing me to Mystery Science Theater. Now, if you’ll excuse me, I must go east to do battle with the amazing Rando!

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom.
