Neil T 12/20/2024 Clearly a lot of heart went into this little indie flick. Much better writing and acting than I expected in what looks like a Hallmark film at first glance. It seems like a pretty clich setup on the surface, but this movie actually has things to say underneath the tropes. As a churchgoer who has tried to navigate modern dating, I feel seen. It's a great mix of serious, real life situations with some hilarious moments too - and yes we laughed out loud at times! And whew, what a breath of fresh air to watch a film with no violence or coarse language. Warning: you'll probably want to watch it a second time to pick up parts you missed! Keeping in mind this is an independent film, the production values were excellent. The music was really, really good and also independently produced - its a great soundtrack too.
