A century before the events of "Game of Thrones," two unlikely heroes wander Westeros. In an adaption of George R. R. Martin's novella "The Hedge Knight," a young and naive but courageous knight, Ser Duncan the Tall, and his diminutive squire, Egg, face a series of dangerous exploits. Set in an age when the Targaryen line still holds the Iron Throne and images of the last dragon have not yet passed from living memory, great destinies and powerful foes await these improbable and incomparable friends.

If you're looking for over the top spectacle, this version of Westeros may not be for you. But if you prefer your fantasy character driven with a dash of understated humor, you can't do much better than this.

It’s awful. I’m so confused how this can be considered good. The episodes are horribly short with zero conclusion. The suspense is just annoying. It’s actually annoying to watch. I literally fast forwarded through the third episode hoping for something beyond a third grade level of entertainment.
