Predator: Badlands (2025) Cris Parker The genre pivot to Sci-fi adventure really paid off. Dan Trachtenberg gets very creative in the action & Yautja lore. It is so wildly different. Predator fans might flinch at a few choices but I dug this new franchise direction.

I Know What You Did Last Summer (2025) Cris Parker While the film leaning into the camp & cheese of a slasher does make for a fun time. I can't help but disconnect from it after rinse & repeating a now tiered formula for legacy sequels. I do applaud the twist it just doesn't feel earned.

The Fantastic Four: First Steps (2025) Cris Parker The MCU nailed it! The stakes are high. All 4 members of the team play the roles exceptionally & share perfect chemistry. Galactus is a spectacle that MUST be seen in IMAX. Best balance of tone in an MCU film in a long time.

Superman (2025) Cris Parker David Corenswet's Superman left me with a giant, dumb grin. James Gunn’s DCU is ambitious, chaotic, & packed with so much that it borders on bloated. Despite its shortcomings I walked out very happy & satisfied.

Bad Boys: Ride or Die (2024) Cris Parker Bad Boys 4 delivers on what you hope for with the series: a hilarious Will & Martin dynamic along with fun, over-the-top action! Directors Adil & Bilall get very creative visually. It has its issues for sure, but I was having a blast.
