"Angels of Revolution" is a black comedy about a troupe of once-idealistic propagandists that is rejoing for one, final mission: convincing a distant, Siberian tribe of the Soviet Union's merits. Remarkable for its soft-touch (much of the action occurs off-screen) and Wes Anderson aesthetic.
