It's not good, but it's not that bad either. The bad things about this movie are a messy script, mediocre human acting, ridiculous dialogue, terrible CGI work in some scenes with the main animals, very poor character development, wasted chemistry between the main dog and cat, and a villain who also had potential but was also wasted. The only good thing would be if the dogs worked with the cats to stop a common enemy, and that they showed that cats are good too, and maybe even the "shippeos" that they tried to do with the dog (Diggs) and the cat (Catherine) protagonists.

As if my unexpected hospital stay couldn't get any worse! Full disclosure, I expected it to be pretty bad yet somehow an already ultra low expectation was exponentially exceeded! I lay here in bed thinking, "Oh it can't get worse" or "That chick can't possibly get under your skin, more irritating". Ha! Her crazy cat lady portrayal is guaranteed to rub PET lovers completely wrong regardless of her script involvement or lack thereof. There are numerous other fails, but I've wasted enough time watching half and won't waste more of yo7urs detailing them.

Filme fraco, o roteiro é fraco, as cenas são fracas, a história é fraca, o elenco é fraco, e ninguém ajuda a melhorar o filme, os personagens são fracos, e o filme deveria ter cenas bem melhores e relevantes, para fazer o filme ser bom

Si bien la película tiene algunos momentos que se sienten muy forzados como ejemplo la pelea contra los gatos en el ferri o en ciertas partes el cgi no está bien elaborado,la película es entretenida y graciosa en muchas partes además me gusta el echo de que Allan mostrado que no todos los gatos eran malos si eres fan de la saga quizá está sea tú favorita

An epic movie that surpasses the first one. No longer are all cats evil. Now there are good cats just like there are good dogs and this movie has them team up to face the main villain.
