I originally went into it thinking there’s absolutely no way people are dying to a godamn doll but it had me surprised through and through. His feats made meaningless because they’re committed on psych ward patients but anyway it was an engaging movie too not something i’d want to turn off halfway. Now i’ve never seen any other chucky movies so I don’t know if it’s faithful or even made sense in the context of the previous ones but I say as a stand-alone film it’s fun. The moment I seen multiple Chuckys moving, I knew this wasn’t any ordinary Chucky film. I loved that the main location of the film is a mental institute and that no one believes them. Nice to see Andy again even if he doesn’t have alot of screentime. I was satisfied with the ending but I wanna know what happens with the rest of the dolls.
