See more 10/28/2021 Found footage is my absolute favorite subgenre so I was excited to find this film. It did what it was meant to do, it startled me a couple times, made me chuckle, make me wonder. But I was no fan of the creatures and it was a definite slow burn. See more jon c 10/18/2021 Adam Green loves horror movies and monsters He and his documentary team explore monster art created by very talented artists at conventions The man has also had success making several films and a tv show sitcom But now he wants to make the ultimate success by tracking down actual creatures that go bump in the night Adam and crew find a man, Dekker in the woods claiming they can get their fill of monsters An underground city called The Marrow lies beneath the surface of the earth A sort of metropolis that mirrors our own world full of children born different physically and repulsed by mainstream society Adam wants this to be legit but everyone else including several famous Hollywood filmmakers claim Dekker is a fraud It isn't until a hour and 11 min the monsters actually show up There needed to be less interviews and more frights involved A majority of this is all about disproving what is considered fiction The ending ends up being very underwhelming given what we were promised from the start Yes this explains why we love horror movies but you gotta deliver the actual horror involved when doing this style of filmmaking See more 05/21/2021 I made an account here just to tell you all not to bother, I have no idea how this film has any good rating whatsoever to be honest.
