O filme não a coloca como vilã — mas como alguém tentando manter ordem onde só havia caos. E talvez esse seja um dos maiores méritos do filme: não há certo ou errado absoluto — apenas pessoas tentando lidar com suas imperfeições. A relação com Stuart, vivido por Pierce Brosnan, também quebra expectativas.
