"Outcome" is a dark comedy that centers on Reef Hawk (Keanu Reeves), a beloved Hollywood star who must dive into the depths of his hidden demons after he is extorted with a mysterious video that's sure to shatter his image and end his career. With the support of his lifelong besties Kyle (Cameron Diaz) and Xander (Matt Bomer), along with his crisis lawyer Ira (Jonah Hill), Reef embarks on a soul-searching journey to make amends with anyone he could have possibly wronged in hopes of identifying the blackmailer. Co-writer and director Hill brings a unique lens to Reef's wild but spiritually cleansing, nostalgic and eye-opening trip down memory lane, where confronting his past might be the only way to rescue his future.

It’s hard to imagine this mumbling, shambling man holding multiplex masses in his thrall. As such, he’s a poignant void, but a void nonetheless, and even at a slim 84 minutes, Hill’s doleful film can’t keep us interested in his plight.

Great cast. A few poignant moments and exchanges. Idea was interesting, final product was not. This movie was never engaging or particularly interesting. One friendship exchange was touching and one phone call was touching and funny. Well acted though, for me, not worth watching.

Ignore the crass humor, Jonah’s fake beard and the F Bomb every 7.27 minutes. Focus on what the character says in his apologies. That is the heart of the story. Not the wacky, mostly hilarious SoCal affectations of Every. Single. One. of the non-Keanu Reeve characters. Instead, listen carefully to how a true apology sounds, and what it means to another human when you say you’re sorry - say why you’re sorry - acknowledge the emotional pain of the apology-ee (whatever) and say that you’ll try to make amends, And in a touching scene, we watch the healing begin when Reeves makes a long overdue phone call. This was my takeaway of a simple story about the love and connections running beneath our conscious daily lives. Well done, team SoCal.

What is this movie that I am wasting my time on watching. Great cast, horrible story. And you had to rip on Mel Gibson…then I’m you have a little boy with a potty mouth talking about herpes? This show is a disaster….

I felt like I watched a movie about the phrase "Won’t anybody think about how hard it is for us famous people 🥺" and the feeling when it was about to end was "I could have watched the other movie". I laughed one time though, I don’t remember why but I did. That’s why it gets a 2.5 from me. Ok bye 👍🏻

Wow- this movie definitely does not deserve so much hate. I was pleasantly entertained and watched the whole thing. Normally, I fall asleep or turn off bad movies. It had an interesting meta message, lots of cameos and wasn't terribly long.
