For little kids, big kids and the little kid in all of us, there is still nothing as comforting or endearing as Pooh and his friends and the magic of the 100 acre woods. Still a hands down winner after all these years.

Uncharacteristically zany and short, but what still makes this one of the most heartwarming pictures with enough wholesome joy to be ranked behind "The Tigger Movie" above all else is a friendship so pure and innocent as it elicited charming central young performances with contagious delight and irresistible cuteness, effectively building up exceptional emotional resonance towards the end with whimsically gentle animation, touching deviation and a thoughtful messaging to boot. (A-)
