Based on the popular video game, Milla Jovovich and Michelle Rodriguez star as the leaders of a commando team who must break into "the hive," a vast underground genetics laboratory operated by the powerful Umbrella Corporation. There, a deadly virus has been unleashed, killing the lab's personnel and resurrecting them as the evil Undead. This movie doesn’t understand why the games work. You can’t just put zombies in a place with an Umbrella logo and act like you ate. It also has too many bodies on screen to give us tension. It feels like a Lady Gaga escape room.

it's not that scary for me but i love it the part of the movie is laser room it's gives me chills and i closed my eyes a little i'm going to watch it again i love alice with her red dress she's my favorite sexy hero in my heart she's a badass fighter with zombies 😍

More of an action movie than a zombie horror movie. The jump scares are predictable, the zombies are unbeatable, and nothing is explained. Who is Alice? What is up with the little girl who is a red hologram? Why can't The Umbrella Corporation just shut the AI off?
