A film every young kid should see. A story about growing up and selling out and brought eyes on posers. Matthew Lillard is fantastic in this coming of age film about sex drugs and Punk Rock

Music is great, acting is great. All the guys are hot. And so are the chicks. If you grew up punk, makes the experience even better. Beats depressing " Suburbia" by a long shot. This is a cult classic.

Imagine being trapped in a room with the most annoying person of all-time! that's how I feel watching the endless annoying exposition of this movie! Matthew Lillard gives the MOST CRINGE performance of all time as Steveo (so lame), while the side characters are actually much more interesting. This is the worst example of punk in film history. Where's the creativity? Where's the DIY? Where's the spirit? It's a movie: SHOW US, don't tell us. I saw this when it first came out and it was terrible then, and even worse now. It's all down to poor casting of the lead and a really annoying script. There is hope tho: the sequel is much better ^__^

I love this movie, love the energy and the variety of stories along the way. There are some parts that get pretty weird, but overall just a wild ride that is worth revisiting on occasion.
