Perhaps wisely, Mostow doesn't try to outdo James Cameron. His sequel has a B-movie spirit--swift, punchy, tongue often in cheek. ...at its screeching, wall-breaking best, "T3" achieves heavy-metal slapstick.

Terminator is one of the best movie series i have seen, but the downgrade from 2 to 3 is insane. The pacing SUCKS the plot is so predictable. I saw this movie for the first time today, and I guessed a LOT of what they were going to say and what would happen. Also I want to point out that from the start the humans had NO HOPE at all, and that is just not fun to watch. But what IS fun in this movie are the action scenes??? That is not normal. Like, i have watched 20 minute youtube videos that have a bigger (and better) plot.

Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, a guilty pleasure movie with so much fun and awesome action scenes. The CGI can get pretty off. Kristinna Loken as T-X is beautiful and cool. But, overall, I give Terminator 3 a 8/10 or 4.5/5 stars.

It's definitely not the best Terminator movie but it's pretty darn good. Like I said 1 and 2 are better, but you definitely should watch it if you're a fan of the first 2.

Boring, miss cast, cheap looking CGI in comparison to Terminator II practical fx, and whole thing feels like cheap TV series, cringie OST. Only good part of this is Arnie.
