The first three seasons delivered character-driven stories with kaleidoscopic circumstances that felt like the best of "Trek." Season 4 continues to balance the silly and the serious to great effect. Go to Full Review

Never without spirit and repeatedly inspired, the new episodes continue to push the boundaries of what audiences expect from a “Star Trek” series, while honoring the franchise’s past through its reimagined characters and world-of-the-week framework. Go to Full Review

Season 4 continues mightily, in a crop of episodes as exhilarating as they are frustrating. Go to Full Review

This season is a fantastic encapsulation of the franchise. It’s a fun, innovative exploration of the human condition. It takes its name very seriously — you don’t know what strange is till you watch this season, apparently. Go to Full Review

Season 4 of Strange New Worlds embodies the best and the worst parts of the series. It can be funny, scary, and moving as it explores topics that have long been core to Star Trek like identity, duty, and ethics. Go to Full Review

Steven M. @steven111 2h This season in the first 2 episodes is more like it, just star trek story telling at its best. I hope it stays that way See more J L @JLK789o 17h Contemporary Trek continues it's winning streak with season 4 of Strange New World. The first episode plays fast and loose with science, but creates a brand new history for the in-universe heroes, and in a fun, energetic way. This history takes the form of a major moral and ethical question, and Trek is often at its best when taking a stand and someone has to make the call. This episode ramps things up on the cinematic scale, with the FX and staging looking more lush than ever. Imagine this franchise including believable dinosaurs even 10 years ago. Incredible. This episode is a great new addition to the Trek time travel pantheon. See more Chad B @RT41256076 1d Great episode. Thought provoking about moral decisions. Dr Who reference was too heavy. See more Glenn R @RT04382205 2d The first episode could have been worse but I'm damned if I can see how. They threw in every plot device from the whole series in one show. The best acting was done by the CGI. It was excellent, not entertaining but pretty. And what exactly was the point of the new Vulcan's attitude. I'd have enjoyed seeing Uhura draw some green blood. See more Robert H @Unclebob 2d When is Spock going to be gay? See more Rosetta C @Colette940 3d It's a predestination paradox fluff piece... I enjoyed it though. See more Read all reviews
