Easy to admire yet difficult to love, Wyatt Earp buries eye-catching direction and an impressive cast in an undisciplined and overlong story.

Wyatt Earp tries to confront us with something weightier than the pleasures of old-fashioned heroism. Unfortunately, it ends up offering something sketchier: a psychodramatic hero without a center. Go to Full Review

Wyatt Earp presents unvarnished historical realism as a kind of ultimate Truth, and it might actually work if Kasdan didn't keep piling on the Western-movie clichés. Go to Full Review

Zane T @ZaneThind 2d A very underrated western. A nice biopic with good direction, good acting, beautiful Cinematography, and an epic score that suits a three hour long epic like this. While the film was a good watch the only gripe is that some storylines are not paid off. Dennis Quaid gives the most entertaining performance of all as Doc Holiday. He's unrecognizable yet so entertaining. He deserved an Oscar nomination for his performance in this. See more Leprechaun K @LeprechaunKing 2d A 90's classic. Great cast and performances throughout. Costner fits the role. Beautifully shot and the storytelling keeps it interesting despite the long runtime.
