Yes, I do agree the animation does look like this film was made on a low budget and can be creepy at times, but David Tennant and Jim Broadbent's acting along with the story being about fame not being everything is a really nice touch. Plus, the film was way ahead of its time back in 2014, where relying on AI is not always a good thing and this was before AI became a concern since 2023.
