It's less ambitious than Part 2 but more consistent. While I would welcome a fourth entry, let's hope it's not spurred by the further deterioration of the American socio-political climate.

Tales from the hood 3 was cool. I wish it had more gore. I honestly feel like the first one was more scarier and creepy. I do enjoy the different short stories in one movie though, it reminds me of the short stories and poems we use to read in school. I enjoy the underlying messages and topics as well. I would recommend this movie though.

Though it’s not the original. It’s a lot better than part 2. Sometimes, just keeping it simple works and it works for part 3. The plot twist at the end was a shocker.

Although a step up from tales 2, tales 3 falls short with mediocre anthology stories and a final story that gets all of its comedic premise from a fart gag (?). Not sure how to feel about it as a whole, Tony Todd smashes it as always though.

Short story horrors that aren't particularly clever or mind bending - but they're fun. And usually the bad guy gets what he deserves in the hood.
