Kangaroo (2025) 92% 3/5 EDIT “It’s the usual "fish out of water" stuff, but Kangaroo’s sincerity carries it through nevertheless. ” – The Sun (UK) Jan 30, 2026 Full Review Rabbit Trap (2025) 47% 4/5 EDIT “As debuts go, it’s a confident and distinctive one, marking Bryn Chainey as a filmmaker with a strong feel for atmosphere and an ear for the unsettling sounds hidden in everyday life.” – HeyUGuys Jan 30, 2026 Full Review Shelter (2026) 62% 3/5 EDIT “If you’re a Statham devotee looking for your next action fix, Shelter delivers exactly what you’re signed up for. Just don’t go in expecting it to reinvent the wheel” – HeyUGuys Jan 28, 2026 Full Review Send Help (2026) 93% 4/5 EDIT “A gripping, often brutal exploration of power, control, and inequality. Even when its thematic ambitions falter, its pacing, performances and relentless tension ensure it remains a deeply unsettling offering from Raimi. ” – HeyUGuys Jan 26, 2026 Full Review Mercy (2026) 24% 2/5 EDIT “Ultimately, Mercy isn’t aggressively bad, it's just really dumb. It borrows the aesthetic of superior sci-fi films, without grasping the soul of the genre.” – HeyUGuys Jan 21, 2026 Full Review Solo: A Star Wars Story (2018) 69% 4/5 EDIT “ A rowdy, exciting and truly exhilarating adventure which, although not perfect, still manages to bring out the small girl or boy in its adoring fans after all these years. ” – The Jewish Chronicle Jan 21, 2026 Full Review The Rip (2026) 79% 3/5 EDIT “Quite enjoyable to watch, but nothing more. ” – HeyUGuys Jan 21, 2026 Full Review 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple (2026) 92% 5/5 EDIT “This is a harrowing, thoughtful, and impeccably crafted film that enriches its franchise while standing powerfully on its own. It is a real triumph for DaCosta in one of her biggest and best films yet.” – HeyUGuys Jan 13, 2026 Full Review The Housemaid (2025) 74% 3/5 EDIT “Silly, campy and beyond bonkers. ” – HeyUGuys Dec 30, 2025 Full Review Avatar: Fire and Ash (2025) 66% 4/5 EDIT “For long-time fans, it represents a compelling new chapter; for newcomers, it remains a visually arresting invitation, albeit one that benefits from familiarity with the franchise’s long and layered history.” – HeyUGuys Dec 16, 2025 Full Review Silent Night, Deadly Night (2025) 77% 4/5 EDIT “It might not reinvent the slasher genre, but this film is bloody, brash and weirdly entertaining.   ” – The Sun (UK) Dec 12, 2025 Full Review Eleanor the Great (2025) 66% 3/5 EDIT “The film isn’t perfect, but Johansson shows promise behind the camera” – The Sun (UK) Dec 12, 2025 Full Review Ella McCay (2025) 23% 2/5 EDIT “lla McCay isn’t just a misfire for Brooks, it is a full-blown face-plant.” – The Sun (UK) Dec 12, 2025 Full Review Lurker (2025) 95% 4/5 EDIT “This is a confident, quietly unnerving debut, bolstered by restrained performances and a purposeful lo-fi aesthetic.” – HeyUGuys Dec 11, 2025 Full Review Jay Kelly (2025) 75% 3/5 EDIT “Jay Kelly ultimately feels like an uneven sketch of a better movie. It hints at depth but never earns it.” – The Sun (UK) Dec 5, 2025 Full Review It Was Just an Accident (2025) 98% 4/5 EDIT “This is one of Panahi’s best works to date. It blends the personal and political in a deeply affecting way. ” – The Sun (UK) Dec 5, 2025 Full Review Eternity (2025) 77% 3/5 EDIT “Its charm lies less in its high concept than in the simple, very human story about what it means to love and be loved.” – HeyUGuys Dec 5, 2025 Full Review Marty Supreme (2025) 94% 5/5 EDIT “Marty Supreme is intense, daring and full of confidence, with Chalamet delivering his best performance to date. ” – HeyUGuys Dec 1, 2025 Full Review Desperate Journey (2025) 3/5 EDIT “Jankel’s direction is assured, the period detail immersive, and the performances committed, but where Desperate Journey falters is in its reliance on well-worn wartime tropes.” – HeyUGuys Nov 28, 2025 Full Review Christy (2025) 67% 3/5 EDIT “At nearly two-and-a-half hours, it may test the patience, but the cast give the story just enough grit to pull this off” – The Sun (UK) Nov 28, 2025 Full Review Blue Moon (2025) 91% 4/5 EDIT “With Hawke’s exceptional performance at its center, the film earns its place as a poignant, quietly powerful character study. ” – HeyUGuys Nov 28, 2025 Full Review Zootopia 2 (2025) 91% 4/5 EDIT “A genuine crowd-pleaser. The visuals remain dazzling, Michael Giacchino’s score is energetic, and the mystery is genuinely compelling. ” – HeyUGuys Nov 25, 2025 Full Review Pillion (2025) 100% 4/5 EDIT “This funny, raw and surprisingly tender film once again proves that Harry Melling is the former Harry Potter cast member to watch. ” – HeyUGuys Nov 21, 2025 Full Review Wicked: For Good (2025) 66% 5/5 EDIT “It’s a soaring musical triumph filled with standout performances, extraordinary craft, and an emotional core that is sure to delight fans young and old.” – HeyUGuys Nov 18, 2025 Full Review Nuremberg (2025) 72% 3/5 EDIT “Its craftsmanship and performances make it engaging, yet its preference for spectacle leaves the film feeling strangely hollow at key moments.” – HeyUGuys Nov 14, 2025 Full Review
