These episodes are spectacular. The series brilliantly balances multiple storylines, high stakes, and deep emotional trauma as Mark struggles with his morality. The animation and pacing are top-tier. I'm fully invested in this amazing show.

Every comic superhero trope has been re-invented here: alien invasion, parasitic invasion, inter-dimensional attacks, Kaiju monsters. But the story's heart is power used for good. It’s a feel-good story that reaffirms doing the right thing.

The argument Invincible has always been making, underneath the gore and the trolley problems and the increasingly spectacular displays of bodies being broken, is quieter than it appears. It is an argument about integration.

Really disappointing direction for the series. The animation quality of especially the last episode (episode 5) was distractingly bad. They also gender swapped Tech Jacket for no reason. Lame.

Seems as though they burnt through the budget on celebrity voice actors instead of putting it into good artists, animators or writers. The pacing is terrible since they insist on giving screen time to background characters instead of developing the lead characters and main storyline. The worst is episode 4 probably because it’s wholly original and again, it takes away from the actual story. Furthermore, they make bizarre changes to the original story and seem like unforced errors. The Invincible comic was something special and whatever this show is, is a pale imitation in comparison in what could have been a masterpiece of an adaptation. Recommend you go read that instead.

Episode 4 is so bad it knocks it down a half star. Amazing show, top-notch writing, and some incredibly gory scenes. I know where this goes from in some of the story arcs, which I don't like, but they've already made some changes for the better, maybe there will be others.

This season so far is absolutely incredible every episode tied great into the comic besides episode 4 being not so great but 1 2 3 and 5 were incredible and 2 and 5 being some one my favorite episodes of the whole show definitely recommend
