Ever since her parents left her as a baby, little Annie has led a hard-knock life with her calculating foster mother, Miss Hannigan. However, all that changes when hard-nosed billionaire and mayoral candidate Will Stacks takes her in on the recommendation of his advisers. One of the best movies of the 2010s. Amazing music, scenery, acting, chemistry, just such a cute movie. A lot of people write bad reviews, but I think they're just blinded by nostalgia. It's modernized! She doesn't have red hair! It's so different from the original! They are all dumb complaints. It's good that it's different, I mean, who wants something that they already have? If it were not modernized and the same as the original, what is the point of making another movie when you can watch the original? I was a kid when this came out, and I thought it was the only Annie. I got it on DVD and watched it so many times, I was so surprised to see bad reviews. It's an amazing movie, and it's not just me; all the kids of the 2010s were obsessed with this movie. My parents and grandparents love it too, it's great, give it a chance. Great family movie!

I really like it it’s different but i absolutely love it different can be good I love the music. I love how modern it is different take on the movie and I think that’s what’s good about it. It doesn’t have to be the same as the original. It’s different and unique and I absolutely love the movie.

This is a musical right? Well, it feels more like a cheap comedy. Its source material makes up like 39% of the film (even though I have little interest in the musical).

This movie was so amazing. Perfect family movie, sweet, sad, happy, funny. I don’t understand how the critics wrote bad reviews. But then again stuffy old boring adults are not the target market. Me & my daughter LOVED it
